My journey into wellness began as a yoga teacher in the Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. I was drawn to the asanas that cultivate stability, strength, and deep relaxation. Through meditation, pranayama, and connecting with like-minded souls, I discovered a more peaceful and uplifting way of living. After completing my training, I taught in studios and parks, offered one-to-one guidance, and had the joy of working with students of all ages — from children to elders. This became the deep-rooted foundation of my path, much like the steadfast roots of a tree.

During my Postpartum period, I sought out to utilize herbs to help regain energy levels from physical to emotional and mental exhaustion. And through that pursuit a profound love for herbal healing naturally blossomed. I began connecting with plants through dreams, intuition, and hands-on practice — crafting infusions, decoctions, and tinctures. I healed myself and supported family and friends through various ailments, which ignited a deep passion for witnessing true transformation.

I continued my studies at the School of Evolutionary Herbalism under the guidance of Sajah Popham; and Matthew Wood & Phyllis Light from MWIH. Their teachings deepened my understanding of plant pharmacology, energetics, human tissue states, and bodily systems — wisdom rooted in lived experience that no AI or quick video can replicate. My approach to herbology is enriched by Western Vitalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and folk traditions from the Caribbean and Native American lineages.

Today, I am devoted to guiding others back to their innate vitality. Through personalized herbal consultations and carefully handcrafted tea blends, I help you nurture the wholeness of mind, body, and spirit — so you can embrace transformation, ignite your inner and outer vital force, and radiate your unique expression into the world.
